These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of ElevenPlus Pro. If the learner is a child, the parent or guardian managing the account agrees to these terms on the child's behalf.

2. The Service
ElevenPlus Pro provides online 11+ practice materials, quizzes, explanations, progress information and learning recommendations. We do not guarantee any examination score, school place or academic result.
3. Accounts and Children's Use
- Purchases and account management must be completed by an adult.
- Registration information must be accurate.
- Login details must be kept secure and must not be shared beyond what the selected plan permits.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Plans and Subscriptions
Features, subjects, quizzes, attempt limits and progress tools depend on the plan purchased. Current prices, billing frequency and renewal terms are shown before payment. A renewing subscription continues until cancelled unless stated otherwise at checkout.
5. Payment
Payments may be processed by a third-party provider. If payment fails, paid access may be suspended until payment is completed.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel a renewing subscription through the method shown in your account or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future renewals. Unless a statutory or contractual refund applies, access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period.
7. Consumer Rights
UK consumers may have statutory cancellation and digital-content rights. Their application can depend on whether immediate access was requested and which legally required acknowledgements were provided at checkout. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Acceptable Use
You must not share or resell content, bypass access or attempt limits, scrape or bulk-download materials, compromise security, upload malicious code or use the platform unlawfully.
9. Intellectual Property
The platform, questions, explanations, software, branding and other content belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use them for private educational purposes during your access period.
10. Availability and Changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security work and content updates may affect access temporarily.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, material breach, fraud, security risk, unlawful conduct or misuse. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
12. Liability
We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or non-excludable consumer rights. Subject to this, we are not responsible for unforeseeable losses or business losses arising from consumer use.
